Lexington Nights: Faye Webster
I had a text from Carlota saying to pick a day to go to Lexington ‘they’re doing amazing gigs every night this week’ she said. I looked into the line-up and two names popped up immediately: Faye Webster and Gia Margaret. A huge thank you to Discover Weekly gods, who let me discover the most amazing music and to the Line of Best Fit for organising that week of amazing gigs.
The last time I was at the Lexington… let me tell you. It wasn’t the most successful day I have ever had. There’s no point to go into too much details but I did fall doing up my ‘hell’ bedroom stairs and nearly ordered pizza to the A&E. So yeah this night had to end way better than the other one.
Faye Webster was the headliner of the night and it gave us all the chills. It was a truly honour to listen to ‘Is It Too Much To Ask’ live and many of the other songs of her self-titled album. Excited to see what Faye will bring us next in the future, which might include some sick yo-yo tricks.
